Terms and Conditions
1. Charter & Service Inclusions
Unless otherwise specified in your booking agreement, yacht charters include:
Professional Captain and Crew, fuel, Jetty Charges, complimentary soft drinks, water, and ice.
Professional maintenance services include only the specific labor and parts outlined in the service quotation.
2. Booking and Payment
Minimum Rental: The minimum rental time for any vessel is 2 hours. Extensions are subject to availability and must be cleared with the Captain (if already onboard) or our Sales Manager.
Punctuality: If the customer or their guests are running late, the delay time will be deducted from the total scheduled cruise time.
Deposit: A 50% pre-payment of the total price is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance must be cleared on board on the day of the cruise via cash or our secure online payment link.
3. Safety and Regulations
Coast Guard Compliance: The Goa Coast Guard enforces strict maritime rules. Yacht Pro Services reserves the right to pass on any fines to the guest if such fines are incurred due to guest non-compliance or disregard for instructions given by the Captain and Crew.
Life Jackets: Must be worn whenever the Coast Guard issues a weather warning or when the Captain deems it necessary for safety.
Identity Proof: In accordance with Captain of Ports (CoP) Goa regulations, all guests must carry a valid original or copy of their government-issued photo ID.
4. Onboard Conduct
Behavior: Abuse of alcohol or reckless behavior will not be tolerated. Such actions may result in immediate termination of the charter without a refund.
Swimming: Jumping off the yacht while the vessel is underway or at anchor is strictly prohibited unless authorized by the Captain in a designated safe zone. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of the trip.
Littering: We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for littering in the water. Environmental violations are punishable by law.
Restricted Areas: Guests have access to all luxury areas of the yacht except for technical compartments, the engine room, navigation bridge, and staff quarters.
5. Prohibitions & Cleaning
Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the yacht’s interior.
Pets: No animals or pets are allowed on board to ensure the maintenance of the vessel’s upholstery and interiors.
Damages & Cleaning: Any extra cleaning required or damage caused to the vessel’s interior or equipment by the guests will be charged to the lead booker.
Footwear: To protect the teak decking and interior flooring, footwear must be removed before boarding.
6. Logistics
Food & Beverages: Guests are permitted to bring their own food and drinks on board.
Route Planning: The trip route should be discussed with the Booking Manager at the time of reservation; however, the Captain may adjust the route at any time based on weather conditions and safety.
Personal Belongings: Yacht Pro Services is not responsible for any items left unattended. Please ensure you check for all personal belongings before disembarking.
7. Guest Count
Final guest numbers must be confirmed no later than the night before the charter. The maximum capacity of the vessel cannot be exceeded on the day of the trip due to safety certifications.
