Cancellation Policy

At Yacht Pro Services, we understand that plans can change. However, as our services require the scheduling of skilled technicians and the procurement of specialized materials, we have established the following policy to ensure fairness to both our clients and our team.

1. Appointment Cancellations

To avoid any charges, cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least [48 hours] prior to the scheduled service time.

  • Cancellations with more than [48 hours] notice: No cancellation fee applies. Any advance deposit paid will be refunded, minus any bank processing fees.

  • Cancellations within [24–48 hours] notice: A cancellation fee of [10-20%] of the total service quote may be charged.

  • Cancellations with less than [24 hours] notice (or “No-Show”): The full mobilization fee or [50%] of the labor estimate may be charged to cover the loss of scheduled time.

2. Procurement of Parts & Materials

If Yacht Pro Services has already purchased specific parts, paints, or materials for your vessel’s project:

  • These costs are non-refundable once the order has been placed with our suppliers.

  • Clients may request to have the purchased parts delivered to them at their own expense if the service is canceled.

3. Emergency or Weather-Related Cancellations

We recognize that yachting is subject to weather conditions. If a service cannot be performed due to extreme weather or safety concerns:

  • We will work with you to reschedule the service at the earliest available time without penalty.

  • If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund of the service fee will be provided.

4. Force Majeure

Yacht Pro Services shall not be held liable for failure to perform its obligations if such failure is as a result of Acts of God (including fire, flood, earthquake, or other natural disasters), government sanctions, or strikes.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within [7-10] business days. Please note that bank processing times may vary.
